The Booker McConnell Prize, commonly known as the Booker Prize, is awarded by the National Book League of the United Kingdom to the best novel written in English by a citizen of the nations of the current and former British Commonwealth. Booker McConnell, a multinational conglomerate company, established the prize in 1969.

Early in 2002, the prize sponsorship was taken over by Man Group, an investment company.
